There are two issues that come to thoughts when somebody mentions banana bread; 1) banana and a couple of) bread. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 2. Combine all of the elements in your mixer bowl, except the blueberries, and whisk till the consistency is clean and slowly flowing, but not too runny.
